Who’s the dude with those dice?
The short answer: My name is Lesley, welcome!
The longer answer: I’m a Game Master, player, painter, printer, and homebrewer. As a kid, I grew up playing “Pokémon Trainer” and “wizard” in the schoolyard. Nowadays, I do my roleplaying at the table.
If you’re thinking about these questions, it seems I rolled pretty high on my insight!
How did you got into TTRP’s?
Between my wizarding days and when I first learned about Dungeons and Dragons 5e, a good chunk of time had passed. To be honest, I wasn’t prepared for how hard and deeply I would fall…
I still remember watching that YouTube video while riding the bus home. After I finished the video (a TEDx talk from 2016), I messaged a friend, and that same evening, I bought the starter set. I’ve loved it ever since.
Why did you started this site?
I come across a lot of people who are intimidated by the thought of running a game. Some don’t know where to start, while others think they don’t have enough material prepared to begin. There’s a lot of information scattered across hundreds and thousands of videos and articles.
My goal is to design and create a single bundled resource with useful tools to help new and current GMs with all of their worldbuilding, campaign planning, and adventure designing needs.
What type of content will you make?
I have three core subjects I want to talk about: worldbuilding, campaign design, and adventure writing. However, I would like to change things up every once in a while and share homebrewing guides, one-shots, and some of my own homebrew creations.
However, I can’t promise not to share any progress on the TTRPG system I’m developing myself.
